Dit geheel gerestaureerde vakantiehuis (6 + 2), dat omringd wordt door akkerland en wijngaarden, ligt buiten het gezellige plaatsje Torgiano. Torgiano is een historisch plaatsje met winkels, restaurants, een interessant wijnmuseum en natuurlijk de osteria van de bekende wijnproducent Lungarotti, wiens Rubesco als eerste in Umbrië de denominatie d.o.c.g. kreeg. In deze osteria kunt u alle wijnen van de wijnlijst Lungarotti proeven.
Rondom het gerestaureerde huis is een schaduwrijke tuin en een privé-terras. Er is Sat TV, airco en verwarming in alle kamers en internetaansluiting.

This recently restored holiday home (6+2) is situated just outside the little town Torgiano. It's surrounded by vine yards, farmland and a garden. Torgiano is a cosy old town with shops, restaurants, the interesting wine museum and the osteria from the famous wine producer Lungarotti, whose red wine Rubesco got the first d.o.c.g. nomination in Umbria. In this osteria you can taste all the wines of the Lungarotti's.
The house is surrounded by a shadowy garden and has a private terrace. There is air co, Sat TV, internet connection and central heating.
