The Umbrian
Cookery is rich, healthy, tasteful and genuine. Aren't you curious which dishes are served on the table of the Umbrian
families. During the cooking course you will make acquaintance with these typical Umbrian
recipes like the 'bruschette', the 'crostini', 'la torta al testo', 'penne
fantasia', 'pasta alla Norcina', the sweet from Assisi
'la Rocciata'.....
Overnight
stay and cooking course (min. 2 participants) in a holiday farm near
Umbertide: During the cooking course you will learn how to make handmade pasta,
gnocchi, torta al testo, pizza, tigelle and a cake.
