The Umbrian Cookery is rich, healthy, tasteful and genuine. Aren't you 

curious which dishes are served on the table of the Umbrian families. During the cooking course you will make acquaintance with these typical Umbrian recipes like the 'bruschette', the 'crostini', 'la torta al testo', 'penne fantasia', 'pasta alla Norcina', the sweet from Assisi 'la Rocciata'.....

 

 

 

Overnight stay and cooking course (min. 2 participants) in a holiday farm near Umbertide: During the cooking course you will learn how to make handmade pasta, gnocchi, torta al testo, pizza, tigelle and a cake.

Day 1

Arrival and welcome diner

 

Day 2

Morning breakfast and free morning 

 

Afternoon visit winery and wine-tasting, cooking course (English translator available) and a dinner, where you will taste the recipes of the cookery course.

 

Day 3

Morning breakfast 

           

Afternoon truffle - search (in months allowed, otherwise a demonstration), cookery course and dinner with tasting of some truffle recipes

 

Day 4

Breakfast and departure

  • 3 overnight stays B&B

Period

March - June and September-November. In the months July and August only possible with a stay of a week in an apartment.
