The walk will take place in the surroundings of an olive oil mill near the hamlet of Pozzo, in Umbria, in an extraordinary area surrounded by woods and olive groves. The family-run olive oil mill produces excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the most modern sustainable agriculture techniques, respecting centuries-old traditions in an area that has always been perfect for olive growing.
