When it has always been your wish to learn how to cook a perfect Umbrian lunch, then you should definitely take part in this cooking class! You will be welcomed in a family-run organic winery where you will still feel the strong and true winemakers’ spirit of the past, where the grape grows according to nature and the wine has a variety of scents and flavours. Maria & Anna Laura will be your friendly hosts. They know everything about winemaking, but love also to prepare good food with genuine Umbria products. You will visit the winery, talk with the winemakers’, taste their excellent products and cook together with them to create the right lunch to be combined with delicious wines.
After the cooking class, you will taste of course the dishes you have carefully prepared.
You will prepare very soft and crunchy focaccia, will discover all the secrets for a perfect pasta or gnocchi, and prepare amazing vegetarian dishes and the delicious typical Tozzetti cookies or the local cake Rocciata di Assisi, enjoying meanwhile a guided tasting of organic wines and extra virgin olive oil. Visit the winery, cooking class, and lunch will take about 4/5 hrs.
